1. ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY
All tarot readings, intuitive readings, psychic-medium readings, character readings, pop culture readings, business guidance sessions, and related services from Ethan’s Tarot are provided for entertainment, spiritual, and personal reflection purposes only.
I do intend to provide guidance, insight, clarity, and support through my reading services. However, readings are not a substitute for professional advice.
I do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Energy, choices, timing, circumstances, and outcomes can change. Nothing in a reading should be treated as fixed, guaranteed, or legally binding.
2. CLIENT RESPECT & ETHICS
I welcomesand honors clients regardless of race, gender, gender identity, sexuality, age, background, disability, economic status, nationality, religion, spiritual beliefs, or personal identity.
There is no judgment in my readings. My role as your reader is to listen, interpret, advise, and provide clarity in a respectful and compassionate way.
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a reading if I feel I cannot ethically, safely, or appropriately provide the service.
3. AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 18 years old or older to purchase a reading or service from Ethan White.
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide permission before a reading can be completed. Permission may be provided by email or phone. Written email consent may count as parental or guardian consent.
4. TOPICS I DO NOT COVER
Ethan White does not provide:
Lottery number readings
Guaranteed prediction readings
Medical diagnosis or treatment advice
Mental health diagnosis or crisis counseling
Legal representation or legal strategy
Financial investment advice
Guaranteed business outcomes
I may also decline readings that feel unethical, unsafe, invasive, or outside the scope of what I provide.
5. MEDICAL, MENTAL HEALTH & EMERGENCY DISCLAIMER
I am not a doctor, therapist, psychiatrist, psychologist, crisis counselor, or medical professional.
If you are experiencing a physical health issue, mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, self-harm urges, or any emergency situation, please contact a licensed professional, emergency services, or 911 immediately.
Readings are not medical care and should not be used instead of professional treatment.

7. BUSINESS GUIDANCE DISCLAIMER
Business coaching, business guidance, career readings, and money-related readings are not professional financial, legal, tax, accounting, or business consulting services.
Any business-related advice or intuitive guidance is used at your own discretion. Ethan’s Tarot is not responsible for business decisions, income changes, financial losses, investments, brand choices, or legal consequences based on a reading or guidance session.
8. CHARACTER READINGS
Character readings are channeled within the energy, tone, or persona of the selected character.
These readings are meant to be creative, entertaining, and spiritually playful. If you need a serious personal reading, I recommend choosing a standard tarot or intuitive reading instead of a character reading.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
Your readings are private and confidential.
I do not publicly share your personal reading details, personal questions, order information, or private messages without your permission, unless required by law, necessary to process your order, needed to protect safety, or required by payment processors, website platforms, or legal authorities.
Please understand that no online system, email platform, payment processor, or website can be guaranteed 100% secure.
10. REFUND, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
All sales are generally final.
I do not offer refunds once a reading has been purchased, except when I am unable to complete your reading or I determine that I cannot ethically or appropriately provide the service.
If I cannot provide your reading, I will contact you and issue a refund.
Clarification may be offered when needed, but clarification does not mean a new full reading or a refund.
Appointment cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, miss your appointment, or fail to attend, no refund will be granted and the appointment may not be rescheduled.
If you request to reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment, you may reschedule one time without an additional charge.
Only one reschedule is allowed per appointment unless I approve otherwise.
Exchanges may be allowed if the new reading or service is the same price.
If you no longer want the reading you purchased and the reading has not yet been completed, I may offer store credit or a gift card for the purchase amount at my discretion.
11. EU/UK CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days.

However, if you request that a reading, digital service, or custom service begins before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that the service may be completed before that period ends, you may lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under EU, EEA, UK, or other applicable law.
